Chilpancingo, Guerrero • Members of the Negotiating Committee of the Popular Movement of Guerrero and the State Coordinating Committee of Education Workers of Guerrero [CETEG] denied that they will end their encampment in Chilpancingo.
In an interview, Manuel Salvador Roses and Walter Emmanuel Añorve Rodriguez claimed that there is no agreement for the CETEG to suspend its demands. They noted that the movement remains in assembly to determine the actions they will take in the coming days.
Earlier today in an interview with Joaquin Lopez Dóriga for Radio Formula, the governor of Guerrero, Angel Aguirre, said that he had reached an agreement with the teachers' movement to end the sit-in Chilpancingo and return to school next Monday. Spanish original
